Description
De opdracht omvat het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van Heparines met Laag Moleculair Gewicht (Low Molecular Weight Heparines of LMWH) voor een periode van één jaar en vijfmaal stilzwijgend verlengbaar voor telkens één jaar. Er wordt één molecule aangekocht voor gebruik in alle mogelijke indicaties behalve acuut coronair syndroom. In kader van veiligheid bij toediening moet voor al deze indicaties telkens een dosering beschikbaar zijn in een spuit die volledig kan worden toegediend. Voorafgaand een deel van de inhoud uitspuiten beschouwen we als een onveilige handeling.
