Hankinta toteutettiin 535578 / Polkka - Pohjois-Karjalan tukipalvelut oy:n henkilö- ja tavarakuljetukset dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään liittyvänä sisäisenä kilpailutuksena. Sopimuksessa noudatetaan kaikkia dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehtoja.
