Description
Hemhemodialysbehandling är en dialysbehandling som utförs av patienten i patientens hem istället för på en dialysmottagning. Upphandlingen avser en total funktionslösning där allt ingår för att kunna genomföra hemodialysbehandling i hemmet. Patienterna tillhör SU, NÄL, SkaS och SÄS. Hemhemodialys (HHD) som funktion Produktgrupp 1 & 2: Patienter som har HHD vid avtalsstart med VGR-ägd maskin. Produktgrupp 3 & 4: Patienter som startar eller har HHD med leverantörsägd maskin.
