Description
Upphandlingen avser tillhandahållande av en helhetstjänst av tryckt utskick av samhällsinformation. Lunds kommunorganisation består av elva förvaltningar som på olika sätt arbetar med utveckling av sin service gentemot sina drygt 130 000 invånare. När Kommunen ska informera berörda invånare och verksamheter om en kommande händelse, störning eller annan samhällsinformation, är adresserade utskick en säker kanal. För att mottagaren ska hinna förbereda sig på en eventuell störning måste informationen komma till sin adressat, i vad som upplevs som tillräckligt god tid. Tjänsten avser fysiska utskick av samhällsinformation som inte är kuverterade. Ramavtalet omfattar inte: Kuverterade digitala och fysiska utskickstjänster.
