Description
Kvinnokliniken har behov av olika typer av ultraljudssystem bland annat till specialistmödravården och till undersökningar på kvinnoklinikens mottagningar. Kvinnokliniken gör undersökning av inre genitalia, volymmätning, fosterundersökning samt olika flödesmätningar och intresserar sig även för ultraljudsundersökningar av äggstockar innan IVF-behandling. Ultraljudssystemen ska användas vid gynmottagningen för: - Att titta på spiral lägen - Tidiga gravida - Allmänt kontroll av livmoder och äggstockar. - Riktad /avancerad undersökningar vid specifika förändringar som till exempel malignitets utredningar. - Color doppler måste finnas Ultraljudssystemen ska användas vid specialistmödravården för: - Basal och avancerad fosterdiagnostik samt invasiv provtagning. - Bedömning av tidig graviditet inkl datering och undersökning av alla organsystem i hela lilla bäckenet. - Cervix-mätningar. - First trimester screening. - Rutinultraljud i second trimester. - Riktad/avancerad undersökning vid specifika frågeställningar. - Ultraljudsundersökningar sent under graviditet. - Granskning och bedömning av ultraljudsbilder via Viewpoint.
