Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie havarijného poistenia a doplnkového havarijného poistenia motorových a prípojných vozidiel, ktoré sú majetkom verejného obstarávateľa alebo ktorých leasingovým nájomcom je verejný obstarávateľ a taktiež úrazové poistenie nemenovaných osôb prepravovaných motorovými vozidlami vo vlastníctve verejného obstarávateľa, ktoré sú v správe verejného obstarávateľa, ako aj vozidlami, ktoré verejný obstarávateľ užíva alebo je ich držiteľom na základe leasingových zmlúv.
