Försvarsmakten inbjuder er att inkomma med anbud enligt nedan. Upphandlingen omfattar handlingstjänster (ground handling) dvs alla de tjänster som utförs på marken för att ett flygplan ska kunna anlända, vända och avgå igen på ett säkert och effektivt sätt.
