Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal innebärande ett tjänstekontrakt i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Upphandlingen avser köp av en Tjänst som innefattar en helhetslösning avseende nya hållplatsskärmar innehållande implementation, konfiguration, montering samt drift, underhåll och support av tjänsten. Översiktligt innehåller leverans av Tjänsten att: • leverera fyra (4) kategorier av hållplatsskärmar • leverera montage-, installations-, underhålls-, felsöknings- och utbildningstjänster • leverera centralt styrsystem för hållplatsskärmar • leverera övervakningstjänster för att monitorera funktionen hos styrsystem och hållplatsskärmar • leverera integrationstjänster och teknisk support • utföra reparation och/eller utbyte av hårdvara • ansvara för drift och uppgraderingar av samtliga systemmiljöer och testrum • ansvara för uppdatering av system- och användardokumentation, samt utbildningsmaterial • ansvara för underhåll för att se till att hållplatsskärmarna upprätthåller sin funktion Ständig vidareutveckling och innovation är viktig aspekt för att säkerställa tjänstens hållbarhet. I upphandlingen efterfrågas timpris för tillkommande konsulttjänster.
