Description
Upphandlingen avser köp av en Tjänst som innefattar en helhetslösning avseende nya hållplatsskärmar innehållande implementation, konfiguration, montering samt drift, underhåll och support av tjänsten. Översiktligt innehåller leverans av Tjänsten att: • leverera fyra (4) kategorier av hållplatsskärmar • leverera montage-, installations-, underhålls-, felsöknings- och utbildningstjänster • leverera centralt styrsystem för hållplatsskärmar • leverera övervakningstjänster för att monitorera funktionen hos styrsystem och hållplatsskärmar • leverera integrationstjänster och teknisk support • utföra reparation och/eller utbyte av hårdvara • ansvara för drift och uppgraderingar av samtliga systemmiljöer och testrum • ansvara för uppdatering av system- och användardokumentation, samt utbildningsmaterial • ansvara för underhåll för att se till att hållplatsskärmarna upprätthåller sin funktion Ständig vidareutveckling och innovation är viktig aspekt för att säkerställa tjänstens hållbarhet. I upphandlingen efterfrågas timpris för tillkommande konsulttjänster.
