Region Gotland, Utbildnings- och arbetslivsförvaltningen, avser teckna ramavtal omfattande distansutbildning på gymnasial nivå. Utbildningen ska genomföras i enlighet med Skolverkets riktlinjer. Anbudsgivaren ska kunna tillhandahålla gymnasieämnen på distans i enlighet med Skolverkets riktlinjer. Anbudsgivaren ska erbjuda undervisning med kontinuerlig utbildningsstart som deltids- och heltidsstudier. Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla en lärplattform där undervisningen sker med god kvalitet.
