Lycksele kommun med dotterbolag upphandlar grus, makadam och sand inklusive/exklusive transport till respektive arbetsplats. Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för löpande arbeten och underhåll. Deltagande bolag Lycksele Avfall och Vatten AB är exkluderade avseende transportavdrag då detta upphandlats i separat förfarande. Avgränsning - kommunen förbehåller sig rätten att vid objektsupphandlingar / entreprenader upphandla dessa fraktioner/tjänster separat.
