Description
Karlstads kommun upphandlar Grupputveckling. Med grupputveckling avses aktiviteter med syfte att tillsammans med verksamheten arbeta mot gemensamma mål. Det kan handla om aktiviteter för att nå effektivt och konstruktivt samarbete i gruppen, etablera och utveckla gruppens mål, roller, uppdrag, arbetsformer, gruppdynamik, kommunikation och feedback. Handledning ska även kunna erbjudas för arbetsgrupper och i förekommande fall enskilda medarbetare när det är en del av grupputvecklingen. Arbetet kommer att ske i nära samarbete med kommunens beställare och ska harmonisera med kommunens organisation, vision och styrdokument där kommunen är beslutsfattande i alla delar.
