Accord-cadre à prix mixtes, passé en groupement de commandes entre la ville d'Aubervilliers (coordonnateur) et son CCAS, ayant pour objet les prestations de nettoyage des diverses surfaces vitrées des bâtiments communaux et du CCAS figurant à l'annexe 1 au CCTP, à Aubervilliers et, pour l'École du plein air, à Piscop (Val-d'Oise) : passage initial de remise en état, passages courants, et prestations à bons de commande. Durée d'un an à compter de la notification, reconductible tacitement trois fois. Montant maximum : 275 000 € HT sur la durée totale. Visite obligatoire.
