Description
The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for ground works in connection with operational projects and Investment projects. This will mainly include the following types of projects: • Acute events at water and sewage installations. • Planned operational projects for water and sewage installations. • Investments and upgrades of pipeline networks within water and sewage. • Improvement of municipal roads • Minor operations and investment assignments within property. • Minor excavation work in connection with the laying of municipal fibre.

- Cost — Completed Annex 3 Price Form
- Quality — Tenderers shall give an account of how supplier can contribute to reducing their climate and environmental footprint in the contract period, beyond the requirements set in the other competition…
- Quality — A comprehensive assessment will be made of the following elements: 1. How the Contractor intends to carry out the assignment 2. The offered personnel ́s experience from equivalent assignments.
