Description
Hässleholms Miljö AB inbjuder marknaden att lämna anbud som avser installation av en flytande solcellsanläggning med en kapacitet på 200 kWp och tillhörande energilager med en effekt på 0,8 till 1,5 MW samt lagringvolym på 2 MWh. Anläggningen ska uppfylla höga tekniska krav för att säkerställa effektivitet, hållbarhet och säkerhet i en marin miljö (dessa ska vara monterade på flytande pontoner). Upphandlingen ska omfatta projektering, leverans, montering, installation och driftsättning av respektive anläggning, inklusive anslutning till elnät. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två olika anbudsområden, anbudsgivarna kan svara på anbudsområde "Energilagring/Batteri" och/eller "Flytande solcellsanläggning", d v s antingen det ena anbudsområdet eller det andra anbudsområdet eller båda anbudsområdena. Om anbuden accepteras av beställaren så kommer två kontrakt att skrivas (ett per anbudsområde). Om anbuden i båda anbudsområdena tillsammans överstiger 8 500 000 Svenska kronor som är Hässleholm Miljö AB:s budget, är det skäl för att avbryta upphandlingen, dock kan HMAB välja att gå vidare med ett av anbudsområdena.
