Description
Opdrachtgever wenst voor de aanschaf en het onderhoud van Groenmachines Raamovereenkomsten op te stellen, die gedurende de looptijd van de op te stellen Raamovereenkomsten voldoen aan de minimum voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de opdracht. Gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst wenst Opdrachtgever voor aanschaf van Groenmachines Nadere opdrachten in de markt te zetten onder de Raamcontractanten die via deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure zijn geselecteerd voor perceel 4. Gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst wenst Opdrachtgever voor het onderhoud van Groenmachines buiten de garantietermijnen per perceel (perceel 1, 2 of 3) de dienstverlening te laten verrichten door de geselecteerde Opdrachtnemer voor betreffend perceel. zie bestek
