Description
Green Classroom is aimed at enabling employees in nurse schools and schools to use cultivation in their educational work. The municipality is already working on the project and would like to expand it to a larger extent and therefore have a need for assistance. Cultivation of edible growths gives unique opportunities to engage students and strengthen the work on sustainable development and life mastering in schools and nurseries. For schools that are already in green classrooms, we will strengthen and further develop the work. This includes, among other things, connecting Green classrooms to several school subjects and the transition between nurseries and schools. We have learned that there is a need to support the schools in the work over time. In addition to network work across schools, we see an increasing need for guidance in each organisation. This is how a larger part of the personnel gets ownership of the commitment and we can adapt Green classrooms to the needs and prerequisites of the individual school.
