Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för grafisk formgivning och produktion i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Riksgälden ser ett ökat behov av kommunikationstjänster i och med att vi blir allt mer digitaliserade. Det kan handla om att stödja i ett större uppdrag från ax till limpa eller ge stöd i en specifik del inom kommunikation formgivning och produktion. Riksgälden har flera olika uppdrag vilket innebär att en sammanhållen kommunikation och visuell identitet är viktigt för att uppfattas som en myndighet.
