Predmet ove nabave su radovi na rekonstrukciji dvorca Erdödy u Jastrebarskom, u sklopu projekta „Obnova i revitalizacija dvorca Erdödy u Jastrebarskom“. Projektom „Obnova i revitalizacija dvorca Erdödy u Jastrebarskom“ predviđena je revitalizacija neadekvatno korištene i zapuštene zgrade dvorca Erdödy. Time će se vrijedan prostorni resurs unutar područja Urbane aglomeracije Zagreb prenamijeniti i urediti za potrebe stanovništva, te će se obnoviti i revalorizirati kulturna baština.
