Description
The competition is for assignments within glass work of varying extent and character in KKE ́s building portfolio and the procurement of sun screening as well as some repairs/service on sun screening. This also includes a service and maintenance contract for new and existing materials. The framework agreement requires that the Tenderer has a 24 hour security scheme and can scramble at short notice for securing properties when the Contracting Authority needs assistance in connection with glass works. KKE procures glass works and sun screening for approx. NOK 2,500,000 for 4 years. The estimated annual procurements is based on previous procurements, and it must not be seen as binding for the volume of procurements under this framework agreement. The assignments will be carried out as an execution contract in accordance with NS 8406, see the contract. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain.
