Description
The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of electrical works. The framework agreement shall preferably be used for electrical works for ongoing maintenance and building development projects within the municipality ́s properties. Tenderers shall, in accordance with the rules in the framework agreement, perform the following and related services (the list is not exhaustive): • Deliver all types of electrical work, heavy and low current in KKE and Kongsberg municipality ́s buildings and installations throughout the entire contract period. • Electrical installation works in connection with alterations, extensions, additions, new buildings etc. in varying extent and size. • Periodical inspections • Ongoing inspections/service • Procure materials and equipment for assembly, as well as parts for repairs • Preparation of proposals for systems • Revised drawings after assignments have been carried out (such as the building). Updated drawings are to be returned to the orderer. • Revise and update program files excluding fire files, any other types of program files and return to the contracting authority. • Carry out minor engineering design work • Assemble and maintain…
