Description
Västerås stad, stadsbyggnadsförvaltningen, bjuder härmed in leverantörer att ansöka om att få lämna anbud i upphandling av en GIS-plattform. Upphandlingsförfarandet är ett förfarande i två steg, vilket innebär att Västerås stad genomför en kvalificering av de inkomna ansökningarna (och en eventuell selektering) och bjuder därefter in tre leverantörer att lämna anbud.
