Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique entre la Ville de Roanne et le CCAS de Roanne. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Montant maximum pour la Ville de Roanne: 800 000 euro(s) HT annuel Montant maximum pour le CCAS: 600 000 euro(s) HT annuel Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires révisables. Le marché est conclu pour une période ferme de 2 ans et 2 reconductions de 1 an
