Description
Vergeben wird der Generalunternehmerauftrag zur Errichtung eines 5-geschossigen Bürogebäudes mit Gesundheitszentrum im Erdgeschoss und 1. Obergeschoß, Block „A" am Baufeld 3 am Gelände der Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark in der Körblergasse, 8010 Graz. Zusätzlich zur Umsetzung des Bauobjektes sind die Ausführungspläne, aufbauend auf den Einreich- und Ausschreibungsakt vom Generalunternehmer durch Befugte zu erstellen.
