Description
Uppdraget avser framtagande av förfrågningsunderlag i rollen som arkitekt och generalkonsult för upphandling av en ombyggnation i en utförandeentreprenad. Objektet avser ombyggnad av en sjukhusbyggnad på ca 2800m2 BTA. Ombyggnaden avser etapp 2 i ett större projekt inom Region Kalmar län i Västervik där etapp 1 innefattade nybyggnation av en psykiatri. Etapp 2 kommer avse ombyggnad av lokaler för barn- och ungdomspsykiatri(BUP) samt AnoreciBulimiCenter(ABC).
