The Norwegian Parliament needs to strengthen its ability for general management and follow-up of the business. This includes ensuring that managers at all levels have access to a modern and efficient management tool that provides the necessary support for planning, implementing and following up the company ́s goals and assignments. Such a tool shall contribute to ensuring that the Norwegian Parliament fulfils its mandate and manages its resources in an efficient and transparent way.
