Description
Upphandlingen omfattar beställarens huvudsakliga behov av ett Gemensamt Digitalt Ekosystem för Hamnadministration nedan benämnt GDEH. Upphandlingen omfattar förutom ett GDEH i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumentet även implementering/införande av det aktuella systemet, ev. tillkommande utbildning under avtalstiden, ev. konsultstöd samt ev. kommande utveckling av funktioner i hamnssystemet till beställaren. Målet med upphandlingen är att Luleå hamn samt Piteå hamn har ett gemensamt stabilt digitalt hamnsystem med öppna gränssnitt för hantering av anlöp och dess kringfunktioner. Systemet ska levereras av en leverantör som hanterar eventuella underleverantörer och ska möjliggöra att separata tjänster/moduler kan kopplas in och ur för varje aktör utifrån nuvarande och kommande behov.
