Historisch Centrum Overijssel is op zoek naar een partij voor het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het correctief storingsonderhoud. De doelstelling van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één (1) Inschrijver voor het onderhouden van de technische installaties. Deze Opdracht betreft: - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhouden van E&W-installaties van het vastgoed op basis van een vaste prijs; - Het uitvoeren van correctief en curatief (storings)onderhoud van E&W-installaties van het vastgoed op basis van het bij Inschrijving afgegeven uurtarief. ntb
