Description
De doelstelling van deze Europese openbare Aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één (1) bouwprojectmanager die de bouw van het nieuwe collectiecentrum voorbereidt, organiseert, coördineert en tot uitvoering brengt binnen de gestelde kaders van geld, organisatie, tijd, informatie en kwaliteit. De bouwprojectmanager is tevens verantwoordelijk voor het risicomanagement. €450.000,-
Award criteria
- Quality — Het sub-gunningscriterium kwaliteit bestaat uit drie kwaliteitsonderdelen, namelijk: 1. Plan van aanpak 2. Samenwerking en communicatie 3. Ervaring
- Price — Inschrijver dient voor zijn Inschrijving gebruik te maken van het aangeleverde prijzenblad (bijlage 3).
- Quality — Inschrijvers worden uitgenodigd om de beschreven aanpak en het cv mondeling toe te lichten.
