De aanbesteding betreft het bouwkundig- en installatietechnisch onderhoud en beheer van het pas gerenoveerde hoofdkantoor van DNB aan het Frederiksplein in Amsterdam. Het DNB Cashcentrum in Zeist valt buiten de scope van de opdracht. De opdracht, het uitvoeren van adequaat onderhoud en beheer van het gebouw, de installaties en het terrein dat eigendom is van DNB, heeft tot doel: · de functionaliteit, veiligheid en levensduur van het gebouw en installaties te borgen en optimaliseren; · ervoor te zorgen dat gebouw en gebouwinstallaties te allen tijde aantoonbaar voldoen aan de wettelijke eisen, normen en onderhoudsvoorschriften inclusief de eisen en zorgplicht die voortvloeien uit BREEAM in USE en WELL Platinum; · ervoor te zorgen dat het gebouw en de gebouwinstallaties te allen tijde voldoen aan het door DNB vastgestelde onderhoudsniveau, dat wil zeggen dat deze maximaal conditie 3 NEN 2767 of beter (lees conditie 2 of 1) hebben; · dat storingen effectief en efficiënt worden verholpen binnen de afgesproken hersteltijden en het onderhoud is gericht op het voorkomen van storingen herhaling daarvan te voorkomen; · een actueel, volledig en betrouwbaar inzicht te hebben in assetdata en…
