Description
De aanbesteding vindt plaats als een niet-openbare procedure op grond van het ARN2016 Deel II alsmede de Europese als oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerde Erkenningsregeling ProRail (EP2019), branchedeel Spooraannemers. Het betreft baanverbeteringen en bovenbouwvernieuwing van spoor MI/MJ en spoor NI/NJ op het baanvak Breda-Lage Zwaluwe. De baanverbetering is noodzakelijk ter voorkoming van baanliggingsproblemen in de toekomst. Het werk is te verdelen in:[MS1.1] 1. 9.200 t/m 9.895 BBV-werk 2. 9.895 t/m 11.300 BBV-werk en aanbrengen anti pumping geocomposiet en drainage 3. 11.300 t/m 14.300 BBV-werk Zie aanbestedingsdossier
