Description
Denna upphandling avser leverans av gåvor i fysisk form i enlighet med vad som anges i upphandlingsdokumentet med tillhörande bilagor. Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa tillgången till lämpliga gåvor för olika typer av interna och externa tillfällen inom Regionens verksamhet. Gåvorna används bland annat vid avslut av anställning, pensionering samt i samband med externa verksamhetsbesök, såsom studiebesök och föreläsningar. Upphandlingen omfattar även blodgivargåvor samt julklappar till medarbetare. Region Västmanland har idag ca 7 000 medarbetare. Region Sörmland och Folktandvården Sörmland kommer i huvudsak att omfattas av giveaways trycksaker samt eventuellt någon gåva i kontraktet. Leverantören ska kunna erbjuda ett sortiment som uppfyller Regionens behov vad gäller kvalitet, pris och leveranssäkerhet i enlighet med skatteverkets regler och regionens riktlinjer. Köparen avser att teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör.
