Göteborg Energi AB avser att uppföra en ny kombinerad ackumulator för fjärrvärme och fjärrkyla samt ett tillhörande teknikhus för distribution, laddning och urladdning. Placeringen är på den gamla gasklocketomten i centrala Göteborg. Denna upphandling avser markarbeten samt byggnation av ackumulatortank och teknikhus. Processutrustning för i och urladdning handlas upp separat.
