Description
The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) gas chromatography mass spectrometer (“GC-MS”) including the computer to control the GC-MS and required software as defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in Appendix 1.1 "Technical Requirements". The requirements for the delivery and installation of the GC-MS are defined in the section 7 of the Agreement (Appendix A). In addition, the procurement covers the purchase and delivery of consumables and spare parts and the provision of maintenance services and training for the acquired GC-MS. The consumables and spare parts are defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and the training is defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in section 4.5 of the Agreement. The requirements for delivery of consumables and spare parts are defined in section 7 of the Agreement.
