Umeå kommun agerar inköpscentral och upphandlar ramavtal avseende olika typer av gardiner och annan inredningstextil för t.ex. avskärmning och ljuddämpning för Umeå kommun och de som är anslutna till inköpscentralen i enlighet med förfrågningsunderlag.    I uppdraget ingår även tillhörande tjänster som gardinsömnad och montering.
