Description
L’appalto ha ad oggetto la prestazione di servizi professionali diretti a supportare i servizi sociali comunali nell’ambito dell’esercizio e sviluppo della funzione del contrasto alla povertà nel territorio dei Comuni dei Pioltello, Segrate, Vimodrone e Rodano. Le attività previste, attuative delle linee giuda Nazionali e Regionali di contrasto alla povertà, sono rivolte a contrastare il fenomeno della povertà considerando la povertà come la “mancanza di risorse per il mantenimento proprio e dei propri familiari”, ma soprattutto come i sintomi di povertà meno tangibili ed osservabili: la povertà di competenze, l’assenza di legami famigliari e solidali, l’assenza di rete sociale, la povertà culturale e la conseguente povertà educativa, la povertà in termini di assenza di possibilità di reinserimento spesso causata da un deficit strutturale del sistema di welfare.
