Pentru îndeplinirii în bune condiții a activităților specifice Direcției Generale Poliția Locală din cadrul Primăriei municipiului Constanța, este necesară înlocuirea celor 35 autoutilitare aflate în utilizarea direcției și cărora le expiră contractele de leasing operațional. Numărul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot adresa intrebari/clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare in a-11-a zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
