Description
Spitalul Judetean Satu Mare doreste achizitionarea reactivilor in vederea cresterii acuratetii, calitatii si rapiditatii in diagnosticarea profesionista a tuturor tipurilor de pacienti, extinderii panelului de teste pentru a putea servi unui numar cat mai mare a acestora. Solicitam demararea procedurii de achizitie publica cu respectarea lotizarii din referatul de necesitate nr. 205 din 02.06.2026, inclus in anexa nr.2 al caietului de sarcini, deoarece toate produsele dintr-un lot trebuie sa fie compatibile cu analizorul solicitat si identificat la fiecare lot in parte. Specificatiile tehnice ale fiecarui lot in parte se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini Anexa 1. Nu se accepta oferte partiale. Se va incheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni. In intervalul unui an calendaristic se preconizeaza ca se vor incheia un numar estimativ de minim 2 contract subsecvent si un numar maxim de 12 contracte subsecvente. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate ale contractelor subsecvente se regasesc in anexa prezentului caiet de sarcini.
