Description
Achizitionarea produselor farmaceutice necesare pentru tratamentul epilepsiei manifestata in cadrul sclerozei tuberoase, tratament aferent pacientilor care beneficiaza de servicii medicale in cadrul Programului National de Sanatate de Boli Rare – Scleroza Tuberoasa, derulat la nivelul Spitalului Clinic de Pediatrie Sibiu. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 7. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu cel puţin 5 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor - cf art.160 alin.2 coroborat cu art. 161 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016.
