Description
Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizarea de materiale sanitare si consumabile medicale necesare pentru tratamentul pacientilor internati, pacientilor din ambulatoriul de specialitate si a celor din compartimentul primire urgente (CPU) Produsele ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri proceduri au fost impartite in 27 loturi, avandu-se in vedere: - acoperirea necesarului estimat in PAAP/2025 si estimarea pentru 2 ani a materialelor sanitare si consumabilelor medicale - necesarul de materiale sanitare si consumabile medicale solicitat de sectiile/ compartimentele spitalului astfel incat sa se poata asigura servicii medicale de calitate Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor - cf art.160 alin.2 coroborat cu art. 161 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016.
