Description
Obiectul acordului cadru il constituie furnizarea de produse agroalimentare. Procedura de achizitie publica se va finaliza prin incheierea unui acord cadru de furnizare de produse agroalimentare pe o perioada de 36 luni, cu toți operatorii economic clasați pe primele 5 poziți pentru fiecare lot in parte. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face prin reluarea competiției online in SEAP . Descrierea detaliata a caracteristicilor tehnice ale produselor si cantitatilor solicitate se regasesc in caietul de sarcini - parte a documentatiei de atribuire. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza cu respectarea elementelor/conditiilor prevazute in acordul cadru. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru pentru fiecare lot este prevazuta in descrierea loturilor, in cadrul prezentei documentatii de atribuire.
