FURNIZARE PACHET/ANSAMBLU STATIE MOBILA PREPARARE MIXTURI ASFALTICE + INSTALATIE PRODUCERE EMULSIE BITUMINOASA, UTILAJE NOI, CU GARANTIE, LIVRARE, TRANSPORT, MONTARE, PUNERE IN FUNCTIUNE SI INSTRUIRE A PERSONALULUI INCLUSE, LA SEDIUL ACHIZITORULUI, cu respectarea cerintelor din caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimata totala a achizitiei (furnizare produs/echipament + servicii de asamblare si instalare de structuri prefabricate + servicii de formare a personalului ) este de 7.825.000,00 lei, fara TVA. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 20 zile. Autoritatea/entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare la 12 zile fata de termenul de depunere a ofertelor, conform OUG 107/2017. Clauză suspensivă: „Procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziție publică este inițiată sub incidența prezentei clauze suspensive, în sensul că, încheierea contractului de achiziție publică este condiționată de alocarea creditelor bugetare cu această destinație, semnarea contractului făcându-se cu respectarea dispozițiilor referitoare la angajar…
