Description
Procedura aleasă este Acord Cadru pe 24 luni de la semnarea acestuia. S-a ales procedura de licitație deschisă, deoarece valoarea cumulată a tuturor loturilor depășește pragul valoric prevăzut la art. 7 alin.(1) lit.c) din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare. Având în vedere ca produsele care fac obiectul acestei achiziții sunt medicamente folosite in tratamentul pacienților Hiv, s-a ales acordul-cadru deoarece acesta permite autorității contractante atribuirea de contracte subsecvente, lunar sau trimestrial, în funcție de necesitățile concrete si de fondurile alocate pentru achiziția acestora. Contractul subsecvent va fi încheiat doar la solicitarea Coordonatorului Programului si a Farmaciei din cadrul Spitalului . Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia în funcție de alocarea bugetară.
