Description
FURNIZARE MEDICAMENTE - 94 loturi ATENTIE: SOLICITARI DE CLARIFICARI: 1. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, TUTUROR solicitărilor de clarificări/ informatiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. 3. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise NUMAI prin intermediul SICAP-ului; 4. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise NUMAI prin intermediul SICAP-ului Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua modificari ale acordului cadru, dupa cum urmeaza: Acordul cadru si Contractele subsecvente vor putea sa fie modificate prin acte aditionale in urmatoarele situatii: Cantitatile maxime ce pot fi suplimentate pana la maxim 10% din cantitatile aferente acordului cadru, pentru fiecare lot in parte, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 lit. f) din Legea 98/2016 privind achiziţiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, coroborate cu cele ale art. 6 din Instructiunea 3/…
