Description
Obiectul contractului este dat de necesitatea autoritatii contractante de a achizitiona medicamente prin referatele de necesitate întocmite de catre sectiile spitalului, centralizate in referatul cu nr. 11737/11.12.2024 anexa la caietul de sarcini cu nr. 1087/06.02.2025 si pe baza caruia AC estimeaza valoarea contractului de furnizare la 755.350,79 lei fara TVA pana la 31.12.2025 la care se adauga valoarea estimata de 251.700,00 lei fara TVA pana la 30.04.2026 (posibilitatea de prelungire prin act aditional pe perioada ianuarie 2026- aprilie 2026).
