Description
Obiectul contractului este dat de necesitatea autoritatii contractante de a achizitiona medicamente pentru sectiile spitalului, necesitate centralizata in referatul nr. 2611/21.03.2024 si in anexa la caietul de sarcini nr. 2793/28.03.2024 , pe baza caruia AC estimeaza valoarea contractului de furnizare la 1.602.528,83 lei fara TVA pana la 31.12.2024 la care se adauga valoarea estimata de 530.000,00 lei fara TVA pana la 30.04.2025 (posibilitatea de prelungire prin act aditional pe perioada ianuarie 2025- aprilie 2025)
