Description
În cadrul acestei proceduri se doreşte achiziţionarea de materiale specifice Laboratorului analize medicale, cu specificaţiile tehnice minime din Anexa nr. 1 la Caietul de sarcini și în cantitățile prevăzute în Anexa nr. 2 la Caietul de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitorul stabilește termenul limită în care operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificare, respectiv în care aceasta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare / informațiilor suplimentare, după cum urmează: 1. Termenul până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legatură cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 de zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitorul va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
