Furnizorul are obligația de a livra materialele sanitare în baza comenzii emise de SAJ Constanța în termen de maxim 3 zile lucrătoare de la data primirii comenzii. Cantitatea și valoarea estimativă a materialelor sanitare se regăsește în Caietul de sarcini.
