Descrierea produselor, cantitatile minime si maxime se regasesc in caietul de sarcini. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
