Description

Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de produse alimentare pentru Complexul Silva, în vederea bunei desfășurări a activității de tip restaurant și cantină care funcționează în cadrul Regiei Naţionale a Pădurilor – Romsilva. Data limită de primire a solicitărilor de clarificări: 18 zile înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 160 și 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, modificată și completată. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singură dată, în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor potrivit dispozițiilor art. 160 si art.161 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde doar solicitărilor de clarificări transmise de operatorii i economici interesați prin intermediul SEAP, până la data limită stabilită pentru transmiterea solicitărilor de clarificări.
